Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of 1991rework.com and to purchases from our online shop. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

1. Who we are

The site and the shop are run by 1991REWORK Sp. z o.o., ul. Ustronna 47/49, 93-350 Łódź, Poland, NIP 7292760559, operating as 1991 Rework (also REWORK).

2. Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not use it in a way that breaks the law, disrupts how it works or tries to access data or systems you are not authorised to access.

To use the site you need a current web browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled.

3. Car projects and service

Descriptions, photos and budget ranges on the site show our work and how we approach a project. They are not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Every car project and every service job starts with a conversation about the car, followed by a written offer with the scope of work and a schedule. The terms of that work, including price, payments and deadlines, are set in that offer or in a separate agreement, not in these terms.

Sending the inquiry form does not create any obligation for you or for us.

4. Ordering from the shop

• Prices are shown in PLN or EUR. The price at checkout is the total price of the product, including taxes. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• The contract of sale is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
• You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods shown there.
• The time we need to prepare and ship each product is shown on its product page, because it depends on the product. We ship to the countries offered at checkout; delivery time then depends on the carrier.
• An account is optional. You can order as a guest.

5. Withdrawal and returns

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from a shop purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. The details are in our Refund policy.

6. Faulty products

We are responsible for products that do not conform to the contract, under Polish consumer law. If something you bought is faulty, write to contact@1991rework.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a photo if you can. We answer within 14 days.

7. Content and trademarks

Photos, videos, texts, designs and the 1991 Rework and REWORK names and logos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, publish or use them commercially without our written consent.

8. Links to other sites

The site links to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube and to other external pages. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

9. Liability

We keep the site accurate and working, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or always available. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

10. Personal data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy policy.

11. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. If a dispute arises, write to us first; we try to solve every complaint directly. A consumer can also use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example through the consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).

12. Changes

We may change these terms. Orders placed before a change follow the terms in force when the order was placed.
