Refund policy

This policy covers returns and refunds for products bought in the 1991 Rework online shop. Car projects and service work are not covered here: their terms, including payments and cancellation, are set in the written offer or agreement for that job.
1. 14 days to change your mind
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the product. You do not have to give a reason.
The same right applies if you are a sole trader buying for a purpose that is not professional for you, as Polish law provides.
2. How to return a product
- Within 14 days, tell us you are withdrawing: email contact@1991rework.com with your order number. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
- Send the product back within 14 days of telling us, to: 1991REWORK Sp. z o.o., ul. Ustronna 47/49, 93-350 Łódź, Poland.
- You pay the cost of sending the product back, unless we agree otherwise.
Please return products unused, with tags and in their original packaging where possible. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and fit, the way you could in a shop.
3. Your refund
We refund the price of the product and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest one we offered, we refund only the cheapest one.
We may hold the refund until the product is back with us or you show proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first.
We refund to the same payment method you used, unless you agree to another one. You pay no fee for the refund.
4. Products you cannot return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specification or clearly personalised for you, for example a print or a product made to your own design.
5. Faulty or wrong products
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, this is not a return but a complaint. Write to contact@1991rework.com with your order number, a description and a photo if you can. We answer within 14 days and, depending on the case, repair or replace the product, lower the price or refund it, as Polish consumer law provides. In that case we cover the shipping costs.
